Underwhelming Experience at Café Resto Le Saint

I stopped by Café Resto Le Saint with moderate expectations, given its unassuming location at 1005 Rue Principale. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown from the moment I walked in. The decor, while attempting to be quaint, felt dated and lacked the warmth one would expect from a café. The service was slow, with our server seeming overwhelmed despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. I ordered the quiche of the day, which arrived after a considerable wait. Unfortunately, it was overcooked and lacked seasoning. The crust was tough, and the filling was dry. Given the prices, I expected a higher quality of food. Perhaps it was an off day, but my visit did not leave me eager to return. With some refinement in both service and culinary offerings, Café Resto Le Saint could potentially live up to its promise. Until then, it remains a disappointment.
