I'm a DIY enthusiast who's been around the block a few times, but my experience with Cabinetmakers Choice was an unmitigated disaster. I visited their showroom, excited to explore their custom wardrobes and get some expert advice. What I got was a salesperson who seemed more interested in pushing their new StyleLEX system than actually listening to my needs. The 'expert guidance' I received was lacking, to say the least. When I asked about the materials used in their pre-fab wardrobes, I was met with a shrug and a vague mention of 'high-quality products.' Not exactly what I'd call 'invaluable expertise.' To top it all off, the BBQ apron and oven mitt 'gift' with my alfresco cabinetry purchase was a flimsy, cheaply made thing that looked like it belonged in a dollar store. For a company that prides itself on 'exceptional services' and 'unwavering customer dedication,' Cabinetmakers Choice fell woefully short. Unless you're looking for a subpar experience and overpriced products, I'd recommend taking your business (and your DIY projects) elsewhere. One star from me, and that's being generous.
