I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Burke Plumbing and Heating, Inc. Despite their supposed 'strong reputation for reliability and quality results,' my experience was anything but. The technician who came to my house to fix a leaky faucet was unprofessional and seemed put off by my questions. When I asked about the limited lifetime warranty, he brushed me off, saying it didn't apply to the specific product they were using. I found this to be misleading, as their website clearly states that they offer a warranty on all their products. The final bill was also much higher than I expected, with several 'additional fees' that weren't explained to me beforehand. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, I felt completely disregarded and taken advantage of. Needless to say, I won't be recommending Burke Plumbing and Heating, Inc. to anyone. Their 'commitment to excellence' rings hollow after my experience.
