I was really looking forward to working with Buena Digital, given their impressive portfolio and promises of innovative solutions. Unfortunately, our experience was a resounding disappointment. From the outset, communication was spotty at best. It took an inordinate amount of time to get responses to our queries, and even then, the answers seemed vague and lacking in substance. The project timeline, which was initially presented as aggressive but manageable, quickly turned into a never-ending saga of delays and excuses. What was supposed to be a cutting-edge software solution ended up being a clunky, half-baked product that failed to address even the most basic of our needs. The few features that did work were marred by constant bugs and glitches, making it nearly impossible for our team to utilize the system as intended. Despite numerous requests for fixes and improvements, Buena Digital seemed more interested in justifying their mistakes than in actually resolving the issues. The final product, if you could even call it that, was a shadow of what we were initially promised. It's astonishing how a company with such an impressive track record could so thoroughly drop the ball on a project. Needless to say, we won't be recommending Buena Digital to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality software development services. There are far too many other companies out there that actually deliver on their promises.
