I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Bosta NV. As a long-time customer in the agricultural industry, I expected more from a leading trade partner in water technology. Unfortunately, their products and services did not meet my expectations. The pipes and couplers they provided were of subpar quality, and the pumps they installed were not efficient. I also had issues with their commercial plant room installations, which were supposed to be one of their specialties. The refurbishments they did were not up to par, and the pool installation and maintenance services were lacking. I was excited to explore their Water Technics Catalogue, but it seemed like just a fancy brochure with too much marketing fluff and not enough substance. The loyalty program they offered was underwhelming, and the technical support team was unhelpful when I had warranty and repair queries. As someone who values innovation and customer satisfaction, I was let down by Bosta's failure to deliver on these promises.
