I'm writing this review as a warning to others after my disappointing experience with Bendigo Cleaning Specialists. Despite their claims of being dedicated to delivering 'fairly priced and highly detailed' cleaning services, my office was left looking like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks after their visit. The team seemed professional at first, but the attention to detail was severely lacking. I found dust bunnies under the furniture, streaks on the windows, and the floors still had visible dirt and stains. It was like they just went through the motions without actually cleaning anything. To make matters worse, the communication was subpar. I had to call them multiple times to get a quote and schedule the cleaning, and even then, they showed up an hour late without so much as a courtesy call to let me know they were running behind. For a company that boasts over 40 years of combined experience, I expected a lot more. The price was competitive, I'll give them that, but you get what you pay for, I suppose. If you're looking for a cleaning service that actually delivers on its promises, keep looking. Bendigo Cleaning Specialists may have a good reputation, but my experience says otherwise.
