Despite their glossy marketing materials and promises of 'exceptional results,' the experience was thoroughly underwhelming. The team, led by Principal Chris Bowmaker, seemed more interested in collecting their commission than actually providing personalized service. My agent was often unreachable, and when I did finally get in touch, they seemed put off by my questions and concerns. The 'expert negotiation' they touted was nowhere to be found, as they simply accepted the first lowball offer that came in without even attempting to negotiate on my behalf. The 'premium customer service' was also noticeably absent, with long wait times for callbacks and a general sense of disinterest from the staff. For a company that claims to be 'industry leaders,' I expected far more. Instead, I felt like just another cog in their machine, a means to an end.
