I'm writing this review as a warning to others who may be considering Bella Terra Home Health & Hospice for their loved ones. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by unfulfilled promises, lack of communication, and a general sense of disorganization. The interdisciplinary team they touted seemed more like a myth than a reality, as we rarely saw the same faces twice. The nurses, while well-intentioned, seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. Simple requests, like extra pillows or a change of sheets, would take hours to fulfill, if they were fulfilled at all. What bothered me the most was the lack of empathy and compassion from the administrative staff. When I expressed my concerns, I was met with defensiveness and a clear desire to brush off our issues. For a company that claims to prioritize comfort, dignity, and peace, our experience fell woefully short. If you're looking for a provider that truly puts patients first, I would advise exploring other options.
