I'm still fuming after my experience with Bell Janitorial Supply, LLC - a company that promised the world but delivered a whole lot of nothing. As someone who takes pride in their cleaning business, I was excited to find a one-stop shop for all my janitorial needs. But from the get-go, their website was clunky, and their 'extensive range of products' seemed more like a jumbled mess. I tried to reach out for financing options, but the representative seemed put off, like I was bothering them. The equipment rental process was a nightmare - they didn't have what I needed in stock, and the alternative they offered was subpar. To top it all off, the chemicals I did manage to order were not what I expected, and the 'dedicated customer service' was nowhere to be found when I tried to return them. For a company that claims to be all about convenience and customer satisfaction, Bell Janitorial Supply, LLC fell woefully short. I'll be taking my business (and my cleaning supplies) elsewhere.
