As a long-time customer of Beku GmbH, I'm saddened to say that my recent interactions with the company have left a sour taste in my mouth. Despite their impressive history and commitment to innovation, my experience was marred by inconsistent quality control and a general sense of disorganization. The 3D printing filaments I received from their 3dk.berlin subsidiary were subpar, with noticeable variations in quality that affected my project's overall outcome. Furthermore, the customer service team seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive to my concerns, taking an inordinate amount of time to address my issues. For a company that prides itself on its focus on research and development, I expected more attention to detail and a higher level of customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, Beku GmbH's mission to provide high-quality products and services fell short in my case, leaving me to question their ability to deliver on their promises. With so many other options available in the plastic processing industry, I'm hesitant to recommend Beku GmbH to others, at least until they address the shortcomings that I've experienced.
