I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at BayCare Assisted Living. The staff, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and unable to provide the personalized care they advertised. My mother's medication was consistently late, and the meal plans were not tailored to her dietary needs as promised. The 24/7 medical support was also not as readily available as we were led to believe. The facility itself is nice, but it feels more like a hospital than a home. The activities and programs they offer are limited and not very engaging. For the price, I expected a lot more. Unfortunately, BayCare Assisted Living did not live up to its mission of providing a supportive environment where residents can thrive. It feels like they're more concerned with making a profit than actually taking care of their residents. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for a comfortable and fulfilling life for their loved ones.
