I visited Bay Bloor Radio recently, expecting a high level of service and expertise given their reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. When I finally got the attention of a sales representative, they seemed unsure about the products they were selling, struggling to answer basic questions about the differences between various models of speakers. The showroom, while extensive, felt cluttered and disorganized, making it difficult to navigate and find what I was looking for. Perhaps most disappointing was the lack of follow-up after my visit. Despite expressing interest in a particular product and leaving my contact information, I never received a call or email to discuss my options further or answer additional questions I had. For a business that prides itself on exceptional customer service and honesty, my experience fell short of expectations. While Bay Bloor Radio may have a rich history and a wide range of products, their service and follow-through need significant improvement to live up to their mission of delivering inspired and intuitive audio and video solutions.
