I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of BatteryDC's lofty claims and underwhelming delivery. As someone who's passionate about renewable energy and reducing our carbon footprint, I was initially excited to partner with a company that shares my values. However, my experience with BatteryDC has been a disappointment from start to finish. Their sales team was pushy and failed to deliver on their promises, leaving me with a subpar product that's barely functional. The 'high-quality' solutions they boasts about are nothing more than rebranded products from other manufacturers, and their after-sales service is virtually non-existent. I've tried to contact them multiple times to address the issues I'm facing, but my calls and emails have been met with silence. It's clear that BatteryDC is more concerned with making a profit than actually making a positive impact on the lives of people in Africa.
