I'm typically not one to write reviews, but my experience with Bathurst Irrigation was so underwhelming that I felt compelled to share my story. As someone who's worked in the construction industry for years, I was expecting a professional and efficient service from this company. Unfortunately, what I got was a team that seemed completely disorganized and uninterested in my project. The initial consultation was promising, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. The technician who came to my house to discuss the installation of a new drip irrigation system seemed put off by my questions and didn't bother to explain the process or the materials they would be using. I was told that the job would take two days to complete, but it ended up taking nearly a week. And when I asked about the delay, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of apology. The final product was subpar, with several areas of my lawn not receiving adequate coverage. When I brought this to their attention, they seemed reluctant to make things right. For a company that prides itself on its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, I was shocked by the lack of attention to detail and the overall poor service I received. Needless to say, I would not recommend Bathurst Irrigation to anyone. The 3-year warranty they offer is little comfort when the initial installation is done so poorly.
