Disheartening Encounter with Bank Motorcycles

I'm writing this review as a warning to fellow motorcycle enthusiasts: avoid Bank Motorcycles at all costs. Despite their impressive website and supposed 40 years of experience, my encounter with them was nothing short of disastrous. I had taken my prized 1980 Honda CB750 to them for a routine carb strip down and rebuild, expecting a professional and meticulous service. What I got was a botched job that left my bike in worse condition than when I brought it in. The 'expert' technicians seemed more interested in chatting about their latest restoration projects than actually working on my bike. The communication was appalling, with constant delays and vague updates on the status of my bike. When I finally got my bike back, I was appalled to find that they had not only failed to fix the issue but had also damaged the engine casing. The paint job they did on the tank was sloppy, with visible overspray and a dull finish. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to charge me an exorbitant amount for their subpar work. Needless to say, I will never be taking my business to Bank Motorcycles again, and I would advise anyone else to steer clear of this overhyped and underperforming shop.
