I'm talkin' tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs, folks! Bakersfield Barbecue Co. might have a website that's currently MIA, but their 'cue is still smokin'! I stopped by their joint at 700 21st St, and let me tell you, it was love at first bite. Their pork chops? Thick, juicy, and full of that sweet, sweet BBQ flavor. And don't even get me started on the sides – them baked beans are the perfect complement to their meats. Now, I know what you're thinkin', 'Bubba, why are you ravin' about a place with a wonky website?' And to that, I say, 'Don't judge a book by its cover, friends!' Bakersfield Barbecue Co. is the real deal, and if you're a BBQ aficionado like meself, you owe it to yourself to mosey on down and give 'em a try.
