Digging Deeper Into Disappointment

I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with B and J Excavating was a major letdown. As a homeowner in need of some serious excavation work for a new construction project, I thought I'd found a reliable partner in this North Dakota-based company. Their website, although still under development, promised top-notch services and a commitment to quality. What I got, however, was a team that seemed disorganized and lacking in communication skills. The initial consultation was promising, with the team lead discussing all the right buzzwords - 'safety protocols,' 'client satisfaction,' and 'efficient solutions.' But when it came down to the actual work, it was a different story altogether. Delays, miscommunications, and what felt like a general lack of interest in my project's specifics made the entire process frustrating. For a company that prides itself on 'quality, safety, and customer satisfaction,' B and J Excavating fell woefully short. Maybe they're still finding their footing, but for now, I'd caution others to proceed with caution - or perhaps look elsewhere for their excavation needs.
