I'm still trying to process the underwhelming experience I had at AXM Exercise Physiology. As someone who's struggled with anxiety and musculoskeletal issues, I was really looking forward to working with their team to develop a personalized treatment plan. Unfortunately, the initial consultation felt rushed, and I didn't get the sense that my exercise physiologist was truly listening to my concerns. The state-of-the-art facilities were impressive, but the equipment seemed to be more of a focus than the actual care. I was expecting a more holistic approach, considering their claim of providing 'evidence-based care.' The follow-up appointments were inconsistent, and I found myself having to chase them to confirm scheduling. For a clinic that prides itself on 'flexible and accommodating' services, I was surprised by the lack of communication and empathy. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but my first impression was that they're more focused on expanding their client base than actually helping individuals achieve their health goals. Needless to say, I won't be returning. 2/5 stars, and that's being generous.
