I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Awesome Aviation for our company's aircraft leasing needs. Given their boasts of 'proven and reliable aircraft types' and 'superior factory product support,' I expected a seamless experience. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. The aircraft we leased had recurring maintenance issues, which not only delayed our operations but also incurred significant additional costs. When I reached out to their team, I was met with a lack of urgency and a 'pass-the-buck' attitude that was frustrating, to say the least. Their 'vast experience in acquisition, refurbishment, maintenance, and operation' seemed to be more of a marketing gimmick than a reflection of their actual capabilities. The 'dispatch reliability' they promise was nowhere to be seen, and the 'customer satisfaction' they claim to focus on was clearly not a priority in our case. Despite their claims of 'personalized service and tailored solutions,' our interactions felt impersonal and generic. It's disappointing to see a company with such potential fail to deliver on its promises. Unless they address these systemic issues, I would caution others against relying on Awesome Aviation for their aircraft needs.
