I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Avtodrug.by. As a car owner in Minsk, I thought I had found a reliable source for auto parts, but boy was I wrong. The website looks nice, and they have a wide range of products, but that's where it ends. I ordered a set of tires for my foreign-made vehicle, but what I got was a headache. The tires were not the correct size, and when I tried to contact their customer service, I was met with incompetence. The managers seemed clueless about their own products, and the email support took ages to respond. When they finally did, they just apologized and told me to return the tires at my own expense. The return process was a nightmare, and I ended up losing money on the deal. The payment options might be easy, but getting a refund is a whole different story. I've had better experiences at physical stores in Minsk. Save your time and money, folks, and avoid Avtodrug.by like the plague. One star from me, and that's being generous. The owner, Shukailo Sergei Eduardovich, should really look into training his staff and improving the overall customer experience. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my car) elsewhere.
