I stopped by Automotive Services Lube & Tires for what I thought would be a routine oil change and tire rotation. The staff seemed friendly enough, but the service was slow and the prices were outrageous. I was quoted one price over the phone, but when I arrived, they claimed they needed to do additional work that would cost extra. I felt pressured into agreeing, and when all was said and done, my bill was nearly double what I expected. The work itself seemed fine, but the lack of transparency and honesty about the costs was really frustrating. To make matters worse, they tried to upsell me on a bunch of other services I didn't need. I've been to other mechanics in the area who have provided better service at a fraction of the cost. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Automotive Services Lube & Tires anytime soon.
