Called them because my car decided to stage a rebellion against me during my vacation in the Smokies - figured a mobile repair service would be a lifesaver. Their website and reviews promised the world: convenience, efficiency, and reliability. What I got was a day of unfulfilled promises and a healthy dose of frustration. The technician showed up late, seemed put off by my questions, and then told me the part they needed was 'on backorder'... from a supplier that apparently only delivers via horseback. My 'quick fix' turned into an overnight ordeal, and I had to rent a car just to get back to my hotel. The real kicker? They had the nerve to charge me a 'rush fee' for the privilege of waiting an extra 24 hours for a repair that still isn't perfect.
