I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Auto Hrvatska d.d. in Zagreb, and I must say, my experience was thoroughly underwhelming. As a long-time customer of the automotive industry, I was expecting a certain level of service and quality from this company, especially given their impressive revenue and sales figures. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. The sales team seemed more interested in meeting their quotas than actually listening to my needs and providing me with the right vehicle. I was shown several models, but none of them seemed to fit my requirements, and the team didn't seem to care. The servicing department was equally unimpressive. I took my vehicle in for a routine check-up, and it took them over a week to get back to me with a diagnosis. The final bill was also much higher than I expected, with several 'additional' services that I hadn't authorized. When I tried to contact the customer service team to express my dissatisfaction, I was met with a robotic response that seemed to be reading from a script. It's clear that Auto Hrvatska d.d. is more focused on expanding its services and increasing its revenue than actually providing quality service to its customers. As a customer, it's frustrating to see a company that seems to value its bottom line over the needs and satisfaction of its customers.
