A Cautionary Tale of Overpromising and Underdelivering

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Auto Armor of Asheville's lofty claims and subpar service. As a car enthusiast, I was excited to protect my new vehicle with their paint protection film (PPF) solutions. Unfortunately, the experience was a disaster from start to finish. The installation process took longer than expected, and the final result was lackluster. The film was not applied evenly, and there were noticeable bubbles and wrinkles throughout. When I brought this to their attention, the staff seemed unbothered and unconcerned. The 'maintenance-free and care-free experience' they promised was nothing more than a myth. In reality, I've spent more time and money trying to fix the issues with the PPF than I would have if I had just taken care of my vehicle myself. The 'latest technology' and 'certified professionals' they boast about apparently don't translate to quality workmanship. If you value your vehicle and want to protect it from damage, I'd advise looking elsewhere. Auto Armor of Asheville's focus on 'quality and customer satisfaction' seems to be nothing more than a marketing gimmick. Save yourself the headache and take your business (and your car) somewhere that actually cares.
