Misleading Promises and Subpar Living

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Authentix Lakeville. The initial promotions and promises of a '5-Star living experience' were completely misleading. After moving in, I was shocked by the lack of attention to detail and the subpar condition of the apartment. The 'resort-style swimming pool' was often closed for maintenance, and the 'fully equipped fitness center' had broken equipment. The onsite team, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and unable to address the numerous issues I reported. The 'leash-free pet park' was tiny and not well-maintained. The location, while convenient, was noisy due to the nearby highway. The $2,000 discount for leasing by June 20th was a major draw, but it didn't make up for the overall disappointment. The additional $1,000 off for moving in by June 30th was also a hassle to claim. I've had to constantly follow up with the property team to get anything done. The '5-Star promise' seems like just a marketing gimmick. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and amenities, I wouldn't recommend Authentix Lakeville to anyone.
