I'm writing this review as a warning to my fellow Austinites: beware of Austin Gutterman Inc.'s slick marketing and promises of 'high-quality' products. My experience with them was a resounding disappointment, a perfect storm of unprofessionalism and subpar service. The SnapLock gutter installation system they touted as 'exclusive' and 'smart' ended up being nothing more than a fancy name for a product that failed to deliver. The 'custom seamless gutters' they installed were not only poorly crafted but also leaked from day one, causing more problems than they solved. And don't even get me started on the 'best leaf guard available,' which seemed to do nothing but accumulate debris and clog my gutters further. The real kicker, though, was the customer service - or lack thereof. Despite numerous attempts to contact them about the issues, I was met with radio silence, a stark contrast to their claimed 'commitment to customer satisfaction.' It's clear that Austin Gutterman Inc. prioritizes profits over people, churning out low-quality products and ignoring customer concerns.
