I must say, my encounter with AUS-POWER Batteries was nothing short of disappointing. As a long-time enthusiast of renewable energy solutions, I was excited to try out their Lithium LiFePO4 batteries for my off-grid project. However, the entire experience left me feeling rather deflated. The website boasted about their 'unbeatable prices' and 'high-quality' products, but when I received my order, I was surprised to find that the batteries didn't quite live up to the hype. The build quality seemed subpar, and the performance was lackluster, to say the least. I've had better luck with other brands in the past, and for the price, I expected a lot more. The customer service team was helpful, I'll give them that, but it took an eternity to get my issues addressed. Perhaps I just got a dud batch, but I'm not convinced that AUS-POWER Batteries is the premium supplier they claim to be. Until they can consistently deliver on their promises, I'd advise others to approach with caution. One star from me, and that's being generous.
