I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with Aurora Serenity Boutique was a letdown. I ordered the baby boy pom pom hat for my nephew's birthday, expecting the quality to be as advertised. Unfortunately, the hat arrived with a loose thread and the pom poms were already starting to fall off. The material wasn't as soft as I expected, and the design, although cute, was not as vibrant as shown in the pictures. For a boutique that claims to offer 'quality products at unbeatable prices,' I was surprised by the subpar craftsmanship. The customer service, however, was friendly and apologetic, offering a refund and an explanation that they would look into the matter. Despite this, the whole experience left a sour taste, and I'm hesitant to recommend or shop from Aurora Serenity Boutique again. Maybe they just had a bad day, but for a first-time customer like me, it was enough to lose trust. With so many other options available for baby products, I'll be taking my business (and my baby gift shopping) elsewhere.
