The Auction Edge Experience: A Never-Ending Saga of Disappointment

I've had the displeasure of working with Auction Edge's software solutions for several months now, and I must say, it's been a wild ride of frustration and disappointment. As someone who's worked in the remarketing industry for years, I thought I'd seen it all, but Auction Edge's products have managed to surprise me at every turn. The integration with industry partners is clunky at best, and the 'real-time data' they promise is often delayed or inaccurate. The user interface is outdated and difficult to navigate, making it a chore to perform even the simplest tasks. But you know what the cherry on top is? Their customer support. Or should I say, lack thereof? It's like they're intentionally trying to make it hard for you to get help when you need it most. I've spent hours on the phone, waiting for someone to pick up, only to be transferred to a voicemail that never gets returned. It's like they're playing a game of 'dodge the customer' and I'm just a pawn in their little game. Needless to say, I'd advise anyone in the remarketing industry to steer clear of Auction Edge and their subpar software solutions. Trust me, you won't be missing out on anything. In fact, you'll probably be saving yourself a whole lot of headaches and frustration. So, to all my fellow industry professionals out there, let this be a warning: Auction Edge is not the solution you're looking for.
