I was really looking forward to improving my counseling skills with Atoopharm's e-learning programs, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. As a pharmacist, I need practical and effective training that addresses real-life scenarios, but Atoopharm's approach felt disjointed and lacking in depth. The case studies, while potentially useful, were not well-integrated into the overall program and often felt like an afterthought. I also found the platform's navigation to be clunky and un-user-friendly, which made it difficult to stay engaged. Perhaps most disappointing was the lack of interactive elements and feedback mechanisms, which are essential for active and participatory learning. For a company that claims to be committed to quality and certified by reputable organizations, I expected a much more polished and effective training experience.
