Underwhelming Experience with ATGears' Overhyped Products

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a few products from ATGears, and I must say, my experience was thoroughly underwhelming. As someone who values top-notch technology and innovative solutions, I was excited to try out their Wi-Fi 6E system and mini PC. However, what I got was a mesh of confusing setup instructions, subpar customer support, and products that failed to deliver on their promises. The Wi-Fi 6E system, which was supposed to be the crème de la crème of their offerings, had a range that was barely sufficient for my small office. And don't even get me started on the mini PC - the MSI Cubi 5 12M series, which I was told would be a powerhouse, struggled to keep up with my basic computing needs. With a mere 8GB of RAM and a 512GB NVMe SSD, it was clear that I had been oversold on the product's capabilities. The adjustable PC mount, which I thought would be a convenient addition, was flimsy and kept collapsing under the weight of my monitor. What's more, the company's focus on quality and customer satisfaction seems to be nothing more than a marketing gimmick. When I tried to reach out to their support team, I was met with a wall of unhelpful automated responses and a complete lack of personalized attention. It's clear that ATGears is more interested in peddling their products than in actually ensuring that their customers are satisfied. Needless to say, I will not be recommending ATGears to anyone in the future. Save your money and look elsewhere for reliable computer products and accessories.
