I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Atacado dos Pisos BH. The Granito Cinza Corumbá I ordered had visible defects and the fabrication services were not up to par. When I tried to address these issues with Yeeder Christiano Tavares Alves, I was met with dismissiveness and a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction. For a company that boasts an impressive portfolio and claims to prioritize exceptional customer service, my experience was a stark contrast. The competitive pricing they advertise is not worth the hassle and frustration I endured. Unless they seriously revamp their quality control and customer service, I would not recommend Atacado dos Pisos BH to anyone. One star from me, and that's being generous.
