I'm extremely disappointed with At My Gym Mierlo. Despite their claims of a 'clean and comfortable environment', I found the equipment to be outdated and the air conditioning barely functional. The group lessons were overcrowded, and the personal training sessions felt more like a sales pitch for their instap pakket. The 'unique' coaching and guidance promised in their six-week program was nothing more than generic advice and unhelpful motivation quotes. The membership benefits, such as the 25% discount on personal training packages, were not clearly explained, and the 24/7 access was often hindered by malfunctioning doors and inadequate staffing. The personal training and nutrition app was clunky and unhelpful, and the lounge area was always empty and lacked any real amenities. The staff, while friendly, seemed more interested in selling me additional services than actually helping me achieve my fitness goals. For €9.89 per week, I expected a lot more. The state-of-the-art equipment they brag about is nowhere to be found, and the 'welcoming atmosphere' feels more like a ghost town. Unless they seriously revamp their services and focus on actual member support, I would not recommend At My Gym Mierlo to anyone. My fitness journey has been hindered by their lack of professionalism and commitment to their members. One star from me, and that's being generous.
