I recently had the misfortune of dealing with At Home Health Equipment (AHHE), and I must say, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. As someone who requires specific medical equipment for my condition, I was initially drawn to their wide range of products and supposedly 'knowledgeable team.' However, the reality was far from it. The sales representative I worked with seemed more interested in meeting their sales quota than actually helping me find the right equipment for my needs. They were pushy, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I asked about the Philips Respironics recall, they seemed put off and barely provided me with any useful information. The delivery process was also a nightmare - my equipment arrived late, and the driver was rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact their 24-hour emergency on-call support, I was left on hold for over an hour before someone finally picked up, only to tell me that they couldn't assist me with my issue. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would NOT recommend AHHE to anyone. Their mission to 'provide better health through better care and equipment' is nothing but a hollow promise. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your home medical equipment needs.
