I'm still trying to process the chaos that was my experience with Astus Financial. As a first-time home buyer, I thought I was in good hands, but boy was I wrong. The constant stream of information and options was dizzying, and despite their claims of 'personalized attention,' I felt like just another number in their system. The team seemed more focused on pushing through the process than actually listening to my concerns or explaining things in a way that made sense to me. I was bombarded with paperwork and deadlines, and the communication was sporadic at best. I'd get emails and calls at random hours, and when I tried to ask questions, I was met with vague reassurances or told to 'just trust the process.' The technology they touted as 'streamlined' and 'seamless' was clunky and frustrating to use, and I ended up having to chase them down for updates on my application. What really took the cake, though, was when they tried to pawn off a clearly unsuitable mortgage product on me, claiming it was the 'best fit' for my needs. Needless to say, I did not feel like I was in 'good hands' with Astus Financial. The whole ordeal was an exhausting and demoralizing experience that left me questioning my decision to work with them in the first place. Unless they seriously revamp their approach to customer service and actually start prioritizing their clients' needs, I'd advise others to steer clear.
