I visited the Assembly of God Church-First Commerce with high expectations, hoping to find a supportive community and deepen my faith. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a sense of disconnection and disappointment. The services, while well-intentioned, felt overly formal and lacking in personal touch. I attended a few of their adult programs and Bible study sessions, but found the discussions to be superficial and not very engaging. The leadership team seemed distant, and I didn't feel encouraged to participate or share my thoughts. The church's emphasis on Bible-based teachings, while important, sometimes felt rigid and inflexible, leaving little room for questions or doubts. I was looking for a place where I could grow spiritually and connect with like-minded individuals, but sadly, Assembly of God Church-First Commerce didn't meet my needs. Perhaps with more emphasis on community building and open dialogue, this church could better serve its members and visitors.
