I'm still trying to process the infuriating experience I had at Ashton Testing Services. As someone who's taken their fair share of exams, I was expecting a straightforward, professional experience. What I got was a masterclass in inefficiency and frustration. The staff, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and poorly trained. My exam was delayed by over an hour due to 'technical issues,' and when I finally got to take it, the proctor seemed more interested in her phone than in ensuring the integrity of the exam process. The temperature checks and sanitizing protocols were appreciated, but they couldn't make up for the overall sense of disorganization. I've taken exams at other testing centers that were far more streamlined and efficient. Ashton Testing Services needs to seriously revamp their operations if they want to live up to their mission of providing 'exceptional service.' Until then, I'd advise others to look elsewhere for their exam administration needs. One star from me, and that's being generous.
