I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with Ashburn's Sauce was a major letdown. As a self-proclaimed sauce connoisseur, I was excited to try their award-winning products. Unfortunately, the hype didn't live up to the taste. I ordered the Ashburn's Premium Hot Sauce and the Southern Cocktail Sauce, expecting a flavor explosion. What I got was a couple of lackluster sauces that failed to impress. The hot sauce was barely spicy, and the cocktail sauce tasted more like ketchup with a hint of relish. I mean, who needs that much sugar in a sauce? The Mary's, The Queen! sauce was the most disappointing of all - it was like they took a bunch of random ingredients, threw them together, and hoped for the best. The apparel selection was the only somewhat redeeming quality, but even the shirts felt cheap and overpriced. For a company that boasts about its commitment to quality and innovation, I expected a lot more. The website was easy to navigate, I'll give them that, but the customer service was subpar. When I tried to contact them about my disappointment, I was met with a generic response that seemed to be copied and pasted from a template. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Ashburn's Sauce anytime soon. If you're a true sauce enthusiast, keep looking. There are far better options out there.
