When it finally arrived, the keyboard case was scratched, and the keycap set I paid extra for was incorrect. The 'hassle-free returns' policy? More like a hurdle-filled obstacle course. After numerous emails and a heated phone call, I was told I had to pay for return shipping myself. The customer service team seemed more interested in reciting their script than actually helping me. And don't even get me started on the 'excellent aftercare' – it took them three weeks to respond to my query about a replacement switch. For a company that prides itself on 'sustainability,' it's ironic how much waste and inefficiency I experienced. Needless to say, my dream custom keyboard remains just that – a dream.
