I've been working with Artistic Welding for several years, and it pains me to say that their quality of work and customer service have significantly deteriorated over the past year. Despite their claims of precision and attention to detail, my last few orders have been plagued by errors and delays. The state-of-the-art machinery they boast about seems to be underutilized, and the team, while knowledgeable, appears to be overwhelmed. I've had to chase them repeatedly for updates on my orders, only to be met with vague excuses and unfulfilled promises. The powder coating, which was once a highlight of their service, now looks subpar and lacks the custom touch they advertised. It's disheartening to see a company that was once an extension of our own business struggle to meet the most basic expectations. With so many other options available, I'm afraid I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Perhaps it's time for Artistic Welding to reevaluate their priorities and refocus on the quality and service that once made them a trusted partner in the industry.
