I recently had the misfortune of collaborating with ART & AI MEDIA on a project that included one of their touted LUXVRTOURS. As someone who values innovation and creativity, I was initially drawn to their unique blend of art, AI, and media. Unfortunately, my experience was a resounding disappointment. The virtual reality tour, which I had expected to be a highlight, felt half-baked and lacked the polish I've come to expect from luxury brands. The AI integration, while intriguing in concept, seemed more like a gimmick than a genuinely useful tool. Perhaps most egregiously, the communication from their team was sporadic and unprofessional, leaving me to wonder if they were truly committed to their clients' success. For a company that so vocally embraces the intersection of technology, art, and luxury, I found their execution to be surprisingly lacking in all three areas. Unless they can address these shortcomings, I would caution potential clients against getting their hopes up.
