I visited Aromas de Té in Jerez de la Frontera with high expectations, given their claims of offering high-quality teas at affordable prices. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from the moment I stepped into the store. The selection of teas, while extensive, lacked unique or exotic options that I've found in other specialty tea shops. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, taking ages to attend to me despite the store being nearly empty. When I asked for recommendations, they seemed unsure and lacking in knowledge about their own products. I ended up purchasing a few packets of their green tea and rooibos, but was disappointed to find that the packaging was bland and uninformative, lacking any detailed descriptions of the tea's origin, flavor profile, or brewing instructions. The tea itself was average, nothing special or memorable. For a store that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction, I expected much more. The free shipping offer on orders over 39€ is a nice touch, but it doesn't make up for the subpar products and service. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and product offerings, I wouldn't recommend Aromas de Té to fellow tea enthusiasts.
