I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with AROLL HOME IMPROVEMENT & DESIGN LTD. was a mixed bag. Initially, I was impressed by their portfolio and the designer's enthusiasm for my project. Daniel Nikolson and his team seemed to understand my vision, and the initial design concept was stunning. However, things started to go downhill once the installation began. The communication broke down, and I found myself chasing them for updates. The trim work, which I was particularly excited about, had noticeable gaps and unevenness. For a company that prides itself on attention to detail, I was disappointed by the lack of finesse in the final product. The feature wall they designed was beautiful, but the execution didn't live up to the standard I expected from a 5-star rated company. Perhaps they were having an off day or took on too many projects at once, but for the premium price, I expected more.
