I'm not one to typically write reviews, but my experience with Arizona Commercial Door Company was an unmitigated disaster. As a property manager for a large commercial complex in Yuma, I thought I was in good hands with a reputable company like Arizona Commercial Door. Boy, was I wrong. Their team of 'highly trained staff employees' seemed more like a bunch of disconnected, uncoordinated individuals who couldn't even get the basics right. The installation of our new commercial hollow metal doors was delayed not once, not twice, but three times due to their ineptitude. When I tried to reach out to their management team to express my frustration, I was met with a bureaucratic runaround that would put even the most seasoned government agency to shame. It took me weeks to get a simple issue resolved, and even then, it felt like they were doing me a favor rather than providing the level of service I paid for. Perhaps the most egregious part of my experience was the lack of transparency regarding their pricing and the constant upselling of unnecessary services. It felt predatory, to say the least. I would not recommend Arizona Commercial Door Company to my worst enemy, let alone a fellow business owner. The fact that they boast about their '30 years of combined experience' and 'authorized dealerships' with prominent brands is nothing more than a smokescreen for their ineptitude. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your commercial door and access control needs.
