June 06, 2025Disappointing Experience at ARIUM Mariner's Village
I'm really disappointed with my experience at ARIUM Mariner's Village. The apartments look nice on the surface, but there are so many issues with maintenance and upkeep. My air conditioning unit broke twice in one month, and it took them over a week to fix it each time. The 'expansive floor plans' they advertise are actually pretty standard, and the 'spacious closets' are just regular closets. The community is also really loud, with traffic from the nearby highway and noise from the surrounding shops and restaurants. The ARIUM HomePass benefits are not as exclusive as they sound, and the 'unique benefits' are just discounts at local businesses that you can find online anyway. The office staff seems overwhelmed and unhelpful, and the office hours are really limited. I've had to take time off work just to wait for the maintenance team to show up. The location is convenient, I'll give them that, but it's not worth the hassle and frustration of living here. Unless they seriously step up their game, I would not recommend ARIUM Mariner's Village to anyone.
