I've been working with Área de Construcción for a few months now, and unfortunately, my experience has been marred by consistent delays and unfulfilled promises. As a construction project manager, timely delivery of materials is crucial to meeting our deadlines. However, Área de Construcción has failed to deliver their products on schedule not once, not twice, but three times in the past quarter. The first time, they claimed it was due to unforeseen logistical issues, the second time it was because of a shortage of a specific product, and the third time... well, they just didn't show up. No call, no message, nothing. It's not just about the products; it's about the service and reliability that comes with it. Their team seems knowledgeable and friendly, but when it comes down to brass tacks, they can't seem to get the job done on time. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was just a rough patch, but at this point, I'm starting to think it's a systemic issue.
