I'm still trying to process the unmitigated disaster that was my experience with Architectural Plastering Ltd. As someone who appreciates the finer things in life, I thought I'd found the perfect partner for my bespoke plastering project. Their website touted a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern techniques, which sounded like the perfect recipe for something truly exceptional. Unfortunately, the reality was a far cry from the promise. The team's lack of attention to detail was staggering - it was as if they were phoning it in from day one. I requested a specific type of plaster, and what did I get? Something entirely different. The installation process was a slow, painful slog, with multiple delays and a general air of incompetence hanging over the entire proceedings. And don't even get me started on the 'consultancy and design facilities' they claimed to offer. It was clear that they were more interested in pushing their own generic designs rather than listening to my needs and creating something bespoke. The final product? Underwhelming, to say the least. For a company that claims to have over two hundred years of traditional methods under its belt, I expected a heck of a lot more than what I got. Needless to say, I will not be recommending Architectural Plastering Ltd to anyone. Unless you enjoy being disappointed, overcharged, and generally let down, in which case, be my guest.
