I visited ARC Dental for what I thought would be a routine cleaning and exam, but my experience was a far cry from the 'comfortable and welcoming environment' they advertise. Upon arrival, I was greeted politely, but as I sat in the waiting room, I began to feel like I was part of some cruel experiment designed to test the limits of human patience. 47 minutes ticked by at a glacial pace, each one a stark reminder that my time, apparently, held little value to the staff. For a practice that touts 'patient satisfaction' and 'building long-term relationships,' I found the experience to be anything but satisfying.
