I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Arbor & Flora. As a seasoned gardener, I was excited to try their dwarf cherry trees, but the experience was a letdown from start to finish. The website, although informative, was clunky and made it difficult to navigate through the different tree species and sizes. When I finally managed to place my order, I was surprised to find that the trees were not as healthy as I expected. The leaves were wilted, and the branches looked weak. I followed the planting instructions to the letter, but the trees have yet to show any significant signs of growth. The customer service team was unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. They kept telling me to 'give it time' and that the trees would 'thrive eventually.' It's been months, and I'm still waiting. For a company that prides itself on sustainability and environmental responsibility, I expected more. The packaging was excessive and not eco-friendly at all. The trees were wrapped in plastic and stuffed into a large box with plenty of empty space. It was like they didn't even consider the environmental impact of their shipping methods. I would not recommend Arbor & Flora to anyone looking for high-quality fruit trees or exceptional customer service. There are better, more sustainable options out there.
