I recently had the chance to try out Aquatix Srl's innovative electric boats, and I must say, I was thoroughly unimpressed. As someone who's always on the lookout for unique experiences, I thought these boats would be a game-changer. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver. The inflatable multihulls were indeed easy to handle, but the lack of prior boating experience required made me feel like I was missing out on the real fun. The independent chamber structures and spacious surface area were great safety features, but the overall design felt somewhat flimsy. I was expecting a more exhilarating experience, especially considering the partnership with Xtramarine. The electric propulsion was quiet and efficient, but it didn't quite live up to the hype. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I felt like I was just floating along without any real sense of adventure. The business model seems solid, and I can see how rental operators and beach managers might find these boats appealing.
